The Butcher’s Kitchen is available in three different customizable combinations, Hoxton Light, Borough Medium and Smithfield Dark. All models use the best quality materials available on the market to offer unique kitchen hardware with handcrafted woodwork and stoneware finishes.

A shared design philosophy is reflected in the choice of materials, just as any good cook would care about the quality of their ingredients.

Robust materials survive the most demanding everyday use. Hand painted ash cabinets create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, whilst the exposed light fittings spotlight beautifully finished marble worktops reminiscent of an ‘old school’ working kitchen. The environment is completed with a typically Scandinavian approach to user-centred functionality and craftsmanship.

HOXTON LIGHT

VIEW INFO

A colour palette inspired by the Nordic climate, where the ash is painted a light shade of grey and the oak has been given a light pigmentation. Marble and light composite stoneware and hardware details in stainless steel or brass create an overall Scandinavian impression.

Borough Medium_EN

BOROUGH MEDIUM

VIEW INFO

This is where London meets Scandinavia, with daring colors and added diversity. The ash is treated in a darker tone to contrast the white-pigmented oak. The wood tones can be combined with light stoneware to achieve a calm balance between the materials, or a darker limestone can be chosen to add further contrast. Glass doors with mullions brings in the theme of the Butcher’s workplace and we recommend hardware in brass or smoked bronze to finish the style.

Smithfield Dark_EN

SMITHFIELD DARK

VIEW INFO

Smithfield dark takes colour influences from classical English style interiors. The dark ash is combined with a smoke-stained oak and fitted fire glass inthe display units. Light stone worktops in Carrara marble or green granite adds contrast and lets the solid brass or smoked bronze details stands out. This colour scheme concludes the modern Butcher’s kitchen.

Buster + Punch started life in a small garage in East London. They quickly became renowned for their unexpected yet elegant interior design objects, including everything from lighting and furniture, to custom-made motorcycles and bespoke whisky bars. Their work is continuously inspired by London’s thriving art, fashion, and music scenes, where they often collaborate with street artists, rock musicians, and fashion designers to inject an authentic ‘sub-culture’ attitude into their handcrafted pieces.
Canadaköket was founded by Carl Bäckström, a Swedish craftsman who learned how to build kitchens in Canada. In 1872, Bäckström returned to his native Sweden, where he set up the business that became known as Canadaköket, or ‘Canada Kitchen’ in Swedish. Bäckström was an innovative man. He was among the first to offer prefabricated kitchen fronts, soon followed by prefabricated white painted cabinets with custom interiors. Over 140 years later, Canadaköket is still passionate about creating exclusive kitchens handcrafted from the best natural materials.
